New Vegas and FO3 work fine for me on Win10 without mods. I use a Win 10 gaming laptop and it works fairly well. It locks up or crashes occasionally though. Works for me, though I ultimately needed to install the mod NVAC (New Vegas Anti-crash) and NVSE. That does answer your question.
