It felt like a band's third album where they play it safe because they know it'll be successful but they add a keyboard or something in so people will think it's fresh or something. Revelations didn't have much going for it besides the story. It didn't add anything meaningful or innovative, and Brotherhood did. Assassin creed odyssey is better then Valhalla. Everyone has his preferences but assassin creed odyssey is better 1 choices do matter more 2 less empty 3 more generated quests so more to do 4 Diablo loot system is wat more fun then Valhalla 5 graphics seem more beautiful in odyssey because of the color vibrant 6 combat is way better 7 and not This might be an unpopular opinion but I preferred AC Odyssey over AC Valhalla. Both these games are pretty weak Assassin games though IMO. Agreed, both games feel very bloated but I did get bored faster with Valhalla than Odyssey. This could also be because I wasn't very interested in Vikings and I did have some interest in Greek mythology. Valhalla is a lot better than Odyssey. So Odyssey was alright, but not on the level of AC1-AC2. Great stories with character development. To the main topic: Valhalla arguably has qualities more in common with the old games. The atmosphere is amazing/breathtaking. Fact is Assassin's Creed 1 looked fantastic in motion and for its time it was one of the best looking games. Now I just finished the first one again before getting AC2 and while at first the difference might look unnoticeable, later on you see that the difference is actually pretty big and Assassin's Creed 2 looks decidedly better then AC1. Ezio is often considered the Assassin’s Creed series’ best protagonist alongside Kassandra from Odyssey, but this level of praise may be overrating Ezio. He is certainly a strong lead - his growth from the cocky young man of Assassin's Creed 2 to the Mentor of Assassin's Creed Revelations is one of the highlights of the franchise. But in Brotherhood and Revelations are largely the same game, built in the exact sam engine as AC2. Starting with AC3, the games switch engines, and as a result AC3, Black Flag, and Rogue are very similar to each other. There is one major change in combat Brotherhood (and Revelations) have when compared to AC2, the "kill streak" system. I like them both. Some decent writing and acting, Only gripe I have is the fact that Evie is like a secondary character in the story and Jacob is the main character since he pretty much get all the main assasinations in the game and "credit" for them too which is strange since the narrative often mentions that Jacob is reckless and likes an more direct approach and fist fights and generally m5Jz.
